Working within our Client Services Team, we are looking for an additional Key Account Manager to join an award winning, rapidly expanding organisation. If you have a background in Client Services, Customer Service, or Key Account Management, we want to hear from you!

DCB Legal is a specialist in-house legal practice focussing on debt-recovery, civil and commercial litigation and High Court enforcement. Due to the acquisition of major new Clients, DCB Legal is experiencing a period of rapid growth.

Encompassing both DCBL and DCB Legal, this represents an exciting new opportunity for someone who is self-motivated, and target driven. You will be responsible for developing and growing our network of Clients across the Business.

What will you be doing?

• Working with our portfolio of key clients to provide a first-class service which exceeds their expectations.
• Developing and implementing Client management strategies.
• Developing Client reports, using data to improve our service to Clients.
• Resolving any Client queries/problems quickly and efficiently.
• Ensuring key Client retention, and Client growth.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in a Key Account Manager role.
• Excellent communications and inter-personal skills.
• Proven experience in a leadership role
• Excellent working knowledge of all Microsoft packages.
